1. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Delivery Only: Right now, Zaeynoor exclusively ships to addresses within Pakistan.
- We do not offer international shipping at this moment, but we hope to expand our graceful sisterhood globally in the near future.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after your order confirmation.
- Because our pieces undergo a strict, hands-on quality check under the personal direction of Talat Bibi, we take this time to ensure your Abaya is absolutely flawless before it leaves our studio.
- You will receive a notification text or email once your package has been handed over to our courier partner.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We take immense pride in our packaging, but if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or contains the wrong product/size:
